Hoarding cleanups need more than labor — they need a structured process protecting both belongings and people.
Every Johnstown crew can safely identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings.
Every technician holds an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard uncovered, backed by full liability coverage.
Our Johnstown dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant hub.
We quote after seeing the scope, so Johnstown clients know cost before work starts.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and issues vary property to property.
Anything biohazard uncovered mid-sort gets flagged and handled properly.
Belongings are sorted into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved wherever possible.
We check for structural and mold issues as sorting progresses.
Rodent or insect activity found during cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass.
We handle hauling logistics so the family isn't managing that separately.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 asks a few questions before scheduling an in-person walkthrough.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Johnstown property before any work begins.
On-site, the crew assesses clutter level and biohazard risk, then gives a firm quote.
The project closes with documented inspection, and we return at no charge if follow-up is needed.
